1. The process starts with either you or your realtor contacting Robert @ 309-825-4362 (call/text) or you can use this simple form to handle via email.

2. During this initial contact, you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, learn current scheduling options and obtain a free estimate for our services.

3. After everyone on the buying end agrees on a date, Robert will handle making the coordination with the listing agent to ensure the property is available for the inspection.

4. Once that coordination is done, you’ll receive two emails from Miller Building Inspections. The first will be a detailed overview of the process including our inspection agreement and confirmation of the date/time. The second is an electronic invoice. You can either pay on line or in person at the inspection.

5. Review and sign our Inspection Agreement

6. Ensure the invoice for the inspection is paid. (Please understand that we can’t release your report until the inspection fee is paid.)

7. If possible, attend the inspection.

8. Review your customized report and contact us with any questions.
